Unhappy with their previous Website Design company, High Tech Custom Rifles owner was looking for a website solution that would allow him the ability to add and change content on his website without the need for a programmer and a site that would work on mobile phones.  Working with Guardian Solutions, a Joomla based website was created that allows the owner the full control for which he was looking as well as a responsive site to ensure he doesn't miss opportunities by those searching on their smartphones.
